It’s a nasty and dated property that is charging far more than it’s worth. The staff is amazing, but I feel sorry for them having to work at this location. If you value your sleep, don’t stay here. The noise from the freeway is 24/7 painful.

Booked this room for 3 nights and could barely make it through one night. Checked out and was inconvenienced to another hotel for my remaining days needed. The hotel and booking agency, Agoda refuse to refund me my money for the two nights I was not even there. The room was dirty, creepy, hair in the sink, hair in the bed, grime and dirt buildup on the bathroom floor and more. The hotel was just dirty. Period.

I connected to their internet and my phone wouldn’t stay charged. They don’t have any stores near by. No shuttle buses run over there. They have hidden fees, that they tell you nothing about till you leave and don’t get your deposit back(pool fee). They have fees that that tell you about and one is parking fee that’s included even if you don’t have a car. And other fees. Look online trafficker’s once use the Hotel to hide kids. They probably still do.

Nightmare experience!!! Never had so bad plays to stay. Very dirty and noisy place. We wasn’t able to sleep all night. Because people in next room was very loudly talking and watching tv all night. Bad smell, dirty bedsheets and bathroom. Please avoid this place!

Booked this hotel on my AMERICAN ADVANTAGE APP, last min. Long story short they refused to honor my reservation with the knowledge that my child was running a 103 fever. Asked for a manager, while the BLK woman with this horrible wig on told me there was no manager on duty. 15min later this short young light skinned lady came from the back, looking like she was sleeping in a room somewhere her whole shift. She approached my and said she is the assistant manager, and that she can’t honor my reservation because they refused to do business with me?…. At that point I was confused nd very upset. So I left and found somewhere to stay and tend to my sick child. DO YALL KNOW THIS HOTEL STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR STAYING AT A HOTEL I NEVER STAYED AT!!
